Payment Policy
To make sure your visit with Santa is as smooth as a sleigh ride on a snowy night, we require full payment at the time of booking. This guarantees your spot on Santa’s busy schedule and helps us prepare for your magical experience! Please remember that this payment is non-refundable, as each session is specially reserved just for you. Once you’ve booked, you’re ready to enjoy all the holiday magic Santa’s Secret Workshop has to offer!
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the limited number of sessions available at Santa's Secret Workshop, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds once a session is booked. Once you’ve secured your magical time with Santa, be sure to mark it on your calendar with a big, festive star! We encourage you to plan around this special moment—after all, we expect our sessions to be booked faster than Santa’s sleigh on Christmas Eve! If something comes up, it’s unlikely that another slot will open up for a schedule change. We truly appreciate your understanding and commitment to making your holiday experience with us as merry as possible!
Late Arrival Policy
At Santa's Secret Workshop, every moment is packed with holiday magic! Please remember that the end time of your session stays the same, no matter when you arrive. If you’re late to start your visit, you’ll have less time to share your wishes with Santa. Sessions running more than 15 minutes behind will sadly forfeit their time with Santa, and a refund or rescheduling won’t be possible—Santa’s schedule is just too tight! To make the most of your magical moment, we highly recommend arriving a bit early, ready to soak in all the holiday cheer!

All content, trademarks, and other magical creations on our website are lovingly crafted, owned, or licensed to Santa's Secret Workshop. These festive goodies are for your enjoyment, but please remember, you may not use our intellectual property without our express written consent. After all, the elves work hard to keep the magic alive!
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Santa's Secret Workshop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. While we strive to make your holiday season as magical as possible, sometimes even Santa’s sleigh hits a bump in the road!

Indemnification
By joining in the festive fun at Santa's Secret Workshop, you agree to keep the holiday spirit intact by indemnifying and holding harmless Santa's Secret Workshop, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and elves from any claims, damages, or expenses that might arise from your use of our services. Let’s keep the season merry and bright for everyone!
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New York, the state where we keep the holiday spirit alive year-round!
Any disputes arising under these terms will be settled in the courts of New York, where even the judges believe in a little Christmas magic.
